Episode One - THE WEEKLY BULLDOG
Breaking news from the City of Pompano Beach, the Heart of the Gold Coast. Live from Back Alley News: Two young sisters, Sarah Ruth, age ten, and Sally Ann Ruth, age seven, have gone missing. Swimmers last saw them on Wednesday near the Candy Shack on Hillsboro Beach.

EPISODE TWO - BAD GRADES
Much to DD's father's disappointment, college wasn't the right fit for her. He was upset about her lack of effort in school. With fingers crossed behind her back, she promised to do better if he bought her the used Ford Bronco down the street, with a 'for sale' sign taped to the windshield.

EPISODE THREE - THE THING IN THE PIPE
An imposing, scaled creature dashed ahead, engulfed in a wispy greenish mist. Its blue torso and legs were stiff as it ran. Andrew choked when it stopped and spun around to face him. It was Ice Lolly, the creature on television!

EPISODE FOUR - A HARD LANDING
He was sympathetic, thinking, Maybe I should stand below and try to break her fall? But he didn't dare try because she looked bigger than him—too chunky a girl to catch, and he knew he'd be crushed. So, Andrew made the self-serving decision to watch and take photos as the drama unfolded.

EPISODE FIVE - NO WILLPOWER
After DD's mother left her dad two years ago, she started to stress eat. It didn't help that she worked weekends at the beach candy shop, which was famous for selling the most enormous lollipops in the state. The large suckers had wide swirls of colorful, sugary ribbons that coated your tongue.

EPISODE SIX - HOT CHICK IN THE CAMERA
Andrew watched as the girl peeled out of the parking lot with a big, floppy-eared dog hanging out the window, barking and frothing at the mouth. He had seen her twice now, and she'd gotten away each time. He stood in the Weekly Bulldog's parking lot, feeling upset and angry with himself.
